Description:
Departure from Puelcura at 8.30am, transport to Huequecura beach where we board the private motorboat.
The boat takes us in the deep blue waters of the Ranco lake, passing the Bahía Azul and the Casa Amarilla until we get to Huapi Island, which is inhabited by a Mapuche-Huilliche community, the native people of southern Chile.
We leave the boat in Pichiquero and start our trekking that will lead us to the main places on the island, such as the Piedra Bruja (a legendary rock formation in the Mapuche cosmovision), and to the skirts of the hill Treng Treng, a holy place for the Mapuche people, it is used in special ceremonies (the access is allowed to the Mapuche people only), surrounded by great panoramic views to the mountain range and volcanoes.

At the end of the trekking we enjoy a typical countryside lunch at the house of a Mapuche family.
After lunch we board again towards Llifén town, this time from the southern shore of the island. We visit Illahuapi Island, which has a very singular and mysterious vegetation.
From there bound to El Arenal beach, where is possible to have a swim and relax on its White sands.
